NOW SELLING! :-)

When I'm not quilting or making items for my shop, I'm browsing other blogs to see what fellow sewers are coming up with these days. One blog that I frequently visit is Quiltstory. I just LOVE seeing all the new projects that she shares and all the projects that others share with her.

Today Quiltstory wrote a post called "Fabric Tuesday!" and it allows all of us to share a recent project we've been working on and I decided to share my newest project...

For those of you that are fans of my Facebook page and saw my brand new recent project that I completed, after much debate I have decided to sell DRESSES!! YAY!!

For those of you that do not have a Facebook and have yet to see my newest creation...here it is...

$25.00 each (Sizes 6-9 months up to 4T available) This dress is NOT for sale.

I made this particular dress for my daughter for my brother's wedding next year and was SO excited to see it turn out so great. I've never attempted to make clothing before and I'm so glad I got the guts to try this dress out. For those of you that sew, you can relate when I say that sometimes you just expect to mess something up because it's your first attempt at something new. Well, I aced it! I was SO happy and excited (if you couldn't tell already haha).

These dresses do take a lot more time to make compared to all my other items in my shop so to start out, until I really get the hang of making them, I've decided to only take 5 custom dress orders a month starting February 1st. I need to give myself a chance to catch up on all my other custom orders this month. One custom dress order has been taken for February so there are only FOUR spots left! If you order a dress that are sizes 6-9 or 9-12 months, ask about matching booties!!!! :-)
